Account Executive

Job description

As an account executive, you are responsible for lead management, list building, and qualification through various activities in both outbound and inbound sales. You will carry out presales activities to develop a high-quality lead funnel focusing on real estate market. You will be the first point of contact with our customers and connect potential Prompto clients with our sales team.


What you'll do


·        You will reach out to customers who actively show interest in Prompto, understand their needs and qualify     their interest

·        You will translate a customer's needs to the possibilities of Prompto during an introduction call

·        You will manage, work through and qualify all incoming leads both outbound and inbound.

·        You'll assess, analyze, and draw the customer profile, making it sales funnel-proof. You tick need, budget, and timeframe per qualifiable lead off the list and install an initial cooperation of trust with the right person at the right division

·        Upscaling the leads by initiating commercial opportunities for sales is a logical sequel for you. A fully up-to-date database is a given

·        Every qualified lead is extensively reported on and you eagerly share all info during the (pre) sales meetings

·        You report directly to the CCO

·        You will identify budget, decision maker, project needs, identify/solve problems and timeline for qualified leads before handing over the sales opportunity to the sales team

·        You demonstrate proficient knowledge about our solution's added value and advantages and be able to communicate these advantages effectively

·        You speak with all levels of professionals about their business needs and initiatives

·        You work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to define and understand target customers

·        You keep track and manage your actions in our CRM


·        Minimum of 1-year experience in a sales/qualifying leads role

·        Experience with Saas and/or subscription-based business sales models

·        Experience with Salesforce and Marketo/Hubspot is a big plus

·        Exceptional ability to engage with multiple prospects and the ability to listen and capture key data/information/opportunities

·        Excellent time management and prioritizing skills

·        Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) in Dutch & English

·        Ability to hand over qualified leads to sales colleagues
